🔥 HUNT, HUNT, HUNT – or get whipped!

🪖 Phase 4: Troop Day
💥 State TRAINING buffs are active!

🧠 Phase 5: Tech Day
⚙️ State TECH buffs are active!

A better candidate is available, based on expected points, or
Strategic adjustments are needed for the benefit of the state.
